Reba McEntire Fans Are Nonstop Raving About Her "Spectacular ...
Reba McEntire is one of the best singers of our generation, and she reminded her fans of that fact when she posted a throwback video singing with none other than Andrea Bocelli.
Back in 2009, the country music icon and world-famous Italian tenor collaborated on a duet of Elvis Presley's "Blue Christmas" for Andrea's holiday album My Christmas. The two later sang it in 2015 for a live audience, and the YouTube video of the performance has amassed over five million views since then. To honor the most wonderful time of the year, Reba shared a snippet of her and Andrea's incredible rendition with her followers on Instagram.
"#TBT to nine years ago singing an Elvis classic alongside the incredible @andreabocelliofficial ❄️ #BlueChristmas," she wrote on December 12 about the clip.
When fans listened to Reba and Andrea sing one of the most iconic Christmas songs of all time, they couldn't help but gush in the comments section, calling the performance "spectacular," "incredible" and "the best out there."
"What an awesome duet. Please rerun this [special on TV]," one person begged. "Beautiful vocal performance! Love the uniqueness of both of your voices together ❤️," another declared. "One of my very favorite Christmas duets! Those voices compliment each other so beautifully! I could listen to a gazillion times and never be tired of hearing them sing together!!! ♥️♥️," a different follower added.
Well, we'll certainly be adding Reba and Andrea's duet to our holiday playlists after this. And let's not forget — Reba has released plenty of her own Christmas cheer over the years as well, including the full-length record My Kind of Christmas back in 2016. She's also released several festive singles, like her November 2021 holiday song "I Needed Christmas."
We could listen to Reba's holiday music all day!
