Jurgen Klopp wasn't the only key Liverpool figure to depart this summer; along with the German went his trusted staff of assistants, including Pep Lijnders (assistant coach), Peter Krawietz (assistant coach), Jon Achtenberg (goalkeepers), and more.
Lijnders was always tipped as a future manager, and the Dutchmen has already secured the head coaching gig with Austrian powerhouse RB Salzburg.
It's not uncommon for new coaches to bring in their own backroom staff, and new coach Arne Slot has done just that. And in a not-so-shocking-development, there's a particular Dutch-leaning disposition to many of his selections.
Here are some key new members of Liverpool's staff, who will be seen in the dugout alongside him in the first game of the new Premier League season.

Hulshoff also has stops at Groningen (the former club of Virgil van Dijk ), Red Bull Gana, Al-Arabi SC, FC Volendam, and the Feyenoord U21 setup.
Jonny Heitinga, Assistant CoachHeitinga will be a familiar name to Liverpool fans: the Dutchman featured 115 times for Everton at center-back from 2009-2014. He jumped into management after retiring from football in 2016 and was an academy coach under Erik ten Haag at Ajax.
Heitinga was named Ajax's head coach on an interim basis in January 2023 and won 14 of his 22 games in charge. He took a job as the West Ham assistant last year and will join Slot as an assistant coach for Liverpool.
Peeters joins as the new lead physical performance coach, having served the same role alongside Slot at Feyenoord. “Us three [Slot, Peeters and Sipke Hulshoff] have worked together at Feyenoord for three years now and we know how we want to work, which is normal," Slot said of his assistant.
The Belgian-born Peeters also spent time with KRC Genk in the Netherlands and has a masters degree in sports science from his native country.
Fabian Otte, Head of First-Team GoalkeepingOtte will replace John Achtenberg as the new head of Liverpool goalkeeping, a position Achtenberg held for over a decade. The German has spent time as the head goalkeeping coach for Borussia Monchengladbach and served as an assistant with the US men's national team.
