Does Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala aim to win the Ballon d'Or?

It is surely quite heartwarming for any Bayern Munich fan to hear that Jamal Musiala has set his sights high. He wants to win the Ballon d’Or someday per @iMiaSanMia: “Yes, that’s my goal. When you grow up and see Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo holding the award, every player wants to be up there at some point.”

However, Musiala has displayed immense professionalism for a player of his age and ability to date; he showed the same professionalism when continuing his response to the question: “But the important thing is not to put myself under pressure, just to play and try to win titles with FC Bayern and the national team. Then maybe one day I’ll have the chance to win it”

Robert Lewandowski was arguably robbed of the Ballon d’Or in 2020 (the award was not given out) and in 2021. However, maybe if Bayern Munich ever again excels in a single season like they did in 2019/20, Musiala might indeed have a chance to take home the prestigious award in the colors of Bayern Munich.
