Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds pick unusual name for baby
It's been well over a year since Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds welcomed their fourth child, but the Hollywood power couple have kept fans guessing.
The Deadpool actor, 47, and Gossip Girl, 36, star already share three daughters - James, nine, Inez, seven, and Betty, four.
They welcomed their fourth baby to the world in February 2023, and never officially announced the birth or their newborn's gender and moniker.
At the premiere of Deadpool & Wolverine on Monday, Ryan let their fourth child's name slip as he thanked his wife and kids for their support.
Per Variety, the actor said on stage: 'I want to start by saying thank you to my wife Blake, who is here. I want to thank my kids James, Inez, Betty, [and] Olin, who are here.'
'I hope that, if I'm lucky, this moment will be the most traumatic thing - that is, the contents of this movie - that happens in your wondrous lives,' Ryan continued.
The name Olin is of Nordic origin and means ancestor's heir or to inherit. Typically it's a male name, however, Blake and Ryan have yet to reveal the gender of their one-year-old.
Ryan recently addressed whether he and Blake, who is set to star in the upcoming film adaptation of It Ends With Us, would expand their family even further, joking: 'The more the merrier.
'As many as possible. As many little heartbeats as possible, just running around, wrecking stuff in the house. I love it. Let’s have more,' he gushed to E! News.
Blake and Ryan first met on the set of Green Lantern in early 2010. They first started dating in October 2011, a few months after his divorce from Scarlett Johansson was finalised.
The couple went on to tie the knot on September 9, 2012, and are still as loved-up as ever.
