Heading into the FedEx Cup Playoffs, players like defending champion Rory McIlroy, FedEx leader Jon Rahm, World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler and a resurgent Lucas Glover were getting much of the attention, allowing other stars like Max Homa to fly under the radar.

Homa entered the playoffs in fourth, but despite a solid T6 showing at the FedEx St. Jude Championship, he dropped to sixth. Still, he’s in prime position at the BMW to set himself up for a run at the FedEx Cup title this week.

A win at Olympia Fields, which would be his third victory of the season, would go a long way to help him in that pursuit.
