Brittany Mahomes gave her husband Patrick Mahomes a kiss for good luck before he faced the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 2023.

The 27-year-old quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs went to his gorgeous wife on the sidelines of the star-studded State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona for a romantic embrace before the big game, which Mahomes' team the Chiefs won 38-35 thanks to a last-minute field goal by Harrison Butker.

The high school sweethearts married in March of last year and share two children together – a one-year-old daughter named Sterling Skye, and a 2-month-old son named Patrick Lavon.

Brittany, 27, is an athlete herself, as she had a brief career playing professional soccer before becoming a personal trainer.

Brittany looked gorgeous in a bright red ensemble that flashed her flat midriff and showcased her incredible postpartum body after giving birth to the couple's son in November.

Her kiss did the trick! Brittany Mahomes gave her husband Patrick Mahomes, both 27, a kiss for good luck before he faced the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 2023. And her kiss did the trick – helping Patrick lead the Chiefs to a 38-35 victory over the Eagles, thanks to a last-minute field goal by Harrison Butker

She held the couple's daughter with one arm and touched her husband's face with her free hand, pulling him in for the kiss.

The pair's love story began in their native Texas, with the future superstar giving the beautiful blonde a rose and a Valentine's day card during their freshmen year of high school.

Brittany and Patrick started off as friends, but they eventually became inseparable.

After Patrick popped the question in September 2020 – the same day he received his championship ring from winning Super Bowl LIV – Brittany gushed about their engagement on Instagram

'On a day that was meant to celebrate you, you turned it into celebrating us.

'It's always us, it's always you and me. The words you looked into my eyes and said to me at this moment, will NEVER leave my mind!

'You made this day perfect, you took my entire breath away and I could not have imagined anything better.

'I love you, forever and always! Cheers to spending our lifetime together and an inseparable bond.'

Brittany isn't shy when it comes to supporting her husband and wading into the tides of fandom and fame.

She has become a polarizing figure among football fans, who often criticize her vocal support for her husband.

In 2021, when Patrick and the Chiefs were playing the Buffalo Bills, Brittany roasted the refs on twitter, writing: 'Refs are never in our favor. Ever.'

'Girl, I need you to stop,' replied one disapproving follower. 'This was my team long before Patrick was here. It's not giving the org a good look. Chiefs are bigger than you, me or any one player.'

'In the nicest way possible,' wrote the fitness guru, 'shut up.'

She went on to cause more controversy last year when she celebrated a victory by popping a champagne bottle inside her private suite at Arrowhead stadium, spraying pricey bubbly all over fans in the process.

Tweeting about the backlash, Brittany wrote: 'I just wish I could do what I want without getting attacked every week.'

She went on to retweet a fan's tweet in defense, which read: 'People complaining about Brittany spraying champagne into the stands have clearly never won anything before. Just saying.'

Mahomes threw three touchdown passes at the big game, held at State Farm Field in Glendale, Arizona.

He led his team to their second Super Bowl win in four years, following their 2020 win over the San Francisco 49ers.

He was also the first NFL player in over two decades to win both the regular season Most Valuable Player award and the Super Bowl MVP as well.

Brittany later shared a video to her Instagram Story that showed her running onto the field and yelling, 'He did it!'

After the game, Mahomes stopped short of calling his team a dynasty, saying: 'I'm not gonna say dynasty yet. We're not done yet!'

Later on in the evening, Brittany added: 'No one truly sees the grind and the effort and how many hours you're putting in around the clock, behind the scenes, day in and day out.'

To combat the controversy surrounding her champagne incident, Brittany eventually created 'Team Brittany' T-shirts and donated the proceeds to an anti-bullying charity.

Announcing the merchandise in her Instagram Story, Brittany said: 'There has been quite a bit of buzz this week and it's been a pretty rough week around here.

'However, me and my team have decided to try to turn this into something and do something good for the Kansas City Community.'

When someone on Twitter wrote that criticizing Brittany had become 'the cool thing' to do, she responded by tweeting back: 'Yup the cool thing to do. Quite hysterical how something like that can become cool.'

The petite blonde beauty is a staple in the stands, often watching with her close friends Kayla Nicole and Sydni Page, who date Kansas City stars Travis Kelce and Tyrann Mathieu.

But the controversy swirling around Brittany eventually led to speculation that Patrick had asked her not to attend anymore games.

'Y'all just be making stuff up these days,' tweeted the NFL star, denying the rumors.

Britanny has become a bonafide influencer on Instagram with 1.2 million followers, and she recently posted a video of her husband on the field with the caption: 'So. Dang. Proud. OF YOUUUU'
