Carabao Cup draw in full - Chelsea, Liverpool, Newcastle discover ...
The Carabao Cup will reach the last eight following the conclusion of the fourth round matches on Wednesday night. Teams left in the competition are closing in on winning the first piece of silverware for the 2023/24 season.
Two teams booked their place in the quarter-finals on Tuesday night with Port Vale reaching the final eight for the first time ever thanks to a 1-0 win over Mansfield Town and Middlesbrough winning through with a 2-1 victory over Exeter City.
They will be joined by at least four Premier League teams, with Arsenal playing away at West Ham, Manchester United taking on Newcastle, Everton playing Burnley and Liverpool making the long trip to Bournemouth.
Chelsea or Blackburn and Ipswich Town or Fulham will be the other two teams to make it into the quarter-finals. That means there are going to be some big ties when the draw is made after the Man Utd vs Newcastle United clash tonight.
You can follow the draw live right here as it is made.

Tino Livramento and Lewis Hall heading back to Stamford Bridge with Newcastle could definitely be one to watch after the latter's Man of the Match display in the 3-0 win against Manchester United tonight.
Elsewhere it's all Premier League ties between Everton and Fulham as well as Liverpool and West Ham. And League One Port Vale get a home tie against Championship opposition in Middlesbrough, with both sides hoping to earn a place in the semi-finals of the competition.

Emile Smith Rowe missed Arsenal's 3-1 defeat to West Ham. And Mikel Arteta has given a worrying update on the England international.

But bear with us, we'll be getting under way at some point soon.

The Gunners are out of the cup, with West Ham through.
Elsewhere, Liverpool have retaken the lead and Fulham are 3-1 up against Ipswich.

Fulham and Everton have both extended their leads over Ipswich and Burnley respectively.
Chelsea go 2-0 up through Raheem Sterling, and Bournemouth level things up against Liverpool.
At Old Trafford, it's half-time and Ten Hag's side are 2-0 down to Newcastle. Not going well for the Dutch manager, who is getting a lot of flak from the away fans - and maybe some of the home fans too.
20:49Joe Doyle
That is surely that for Arsenal. Jarrod Bowen's shot is deflected and Ramsdale can't keep it out. Meanwhile, Newcastle take the lead at Old Trafford through Miguel Almiron.
20:40Joe Doyle
That could be a killer blow for Arsenal's trophy hopes here.
West Ham find Mohammed Kudus with a long ball and he dispatches it to put the Hammers two-up at home.
Arsenal have around 35 minutes plus injury time to save their Carabao Cup campaign.
20:23Joe Doyle
Aaron Ramsdale claimed he was fouled during West Ham's opening goal; Raheem Sterling looked to have a decent penalty shout turned down; and yet neither of those first-half decisions went to VAR.
Here's why.

Scratch that - Chelsea have just taken the lead at home to Blackburn.
Benoit Badiashile is back in the team after a long time out through injury, and he's on the scoresheet, while Liverpool have also taken the lead away at Bournemouth through Cody Gakpo.
It's now half-time at West Ham with Arsenal trailing.
20:15Joe Doyle
Fulham lead 1-0 at Ipswich Town after half an hour, while Everton have got the lead at home to Burnley.
West Ham vs Arsenal is about to head into half-time with the Hammers still a goal to the good, while there have been no goals in Chelsea's clash against Blackburn or Bournemouth vs Liverpool. Man Utd vs Newcastle Utd is kicking off now.

The first goal of the night goes to West Ham, with Ben White heading into his own net from a corner.

Next up, Chelsea vs Blackburn Rovers at Stamford Bridge.
Mauricio Pochettino has picked a strong side for this clash, though he has also rang the changes as the Championship side head to west London hoping for an upset.
Benoit Badiashile is back in the team for the Blues.
