Conor Benn stormed the ring to confront Chris Eubank Jr in explosive scenes in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Eubank Jr had just defeated Kamil Szeremeta on Saturday night, when his bitter rival forced his way into the ring, shoving Eubank Jr as the pair exchanged abuse.

Eubank Jr had not fought since beating Liam Smith in September last year but floored his opponent four times as he wrapped up a seventh round knockout win.

Benn appeared moments after the end of the bout as both men were separated by security. Bizarrely, Brazilian footballer Neymar, who now plays for Al Hilal, then came into the ring to oversee a face-off as the pair agreed to fight next year.

"Speaking of easy work look who we've got here. This is the fight that everyone wants to see," Eubank Jr said.

Benn replied: "I'm so scared, after that performance do you think I'm worried?"

The rivalry between Eubank Jr and Benn goes back to their famous fathers, Chris Eubank Sr and Nigel Benn, who fought twice in the 1990s and despised each other.

A fight between the two sons was originally planned for 2022 but was scrapped after Benn tested positive for a banned substance.
