Read our match report from Inniskeen:

Louth are through to a first-ever All-Ireland SFC quarter-final!That's full time at Grattan Park and history has been made. Louth manager Ger Brennan and his coaching team celebrate wildly on the sideline, while the players are being congratulated by fans on the pitch.

What a moment for the Wee County, who edge it right at the death.

It's over the bar! The Louth captain holds his nerve to convert the free and they're ahead by the minimum.

Cork goalkeeper Christopher Kelly is up in the middle of the park but Louth win the ball back and the Wee County are then awarded a free.

That's a massive decision and they will have a chance to go ahead in injury time.

Three minutes of additional time has been announced.

No scores in the past few minutes and if things stay this way we will be heading for extra time.

Cork are trying to find an opening with a series of hand-passes.

They win the 45 but it's taken short as they opt to keep hold of the ball.

There's nothing between them again. Niall McDonnell gets his short kick-out wrong and Chris Óg Jones bags a second point in quick succession.

Seán Powter finds Eoghan McSweeney and he's in for a goal.

Drilling the ball straight at Niall McDonnell, it's saved but Chris Óg Jones then follows up to point.

Cork should really have scored at least a point there, but the recently-introduced Conor Corbett fires wide.

Cork's Brian Hurley attempts to close the deficit but is unable to do so.

It's still Louth up by two heading into the final ten minutes of regulation time.

Louth raise the green flag! Conor Grimes shoots for a point but it falls short.

Cork goalkeeper Christopher Kelly fails to catch and it drops to Donal McKenny, who rifles into the back of the net.

Louth break in numbers and Grimes offloads to Mulroy.

They look certain to be in for a goal opportunity, but get it all wrong and the chance is wasted.

Eoghan McSweeney is immediately involved and the ball is worked to Brian Hurley, who sends a high ball between the posts.

Cork hold a one-point advantage.

The Louth supporters cheer on as their team turnover the ball through Tommy Durnin.

20 minutes to play and this could go either way.

We've just had another prolonged period of Cork possession.

Not for the first time, Colm O'Callaghan decides he will be the man to penetrate Louth's defensive unit.

However, his effort drops short and left of the posts.
