Summer Spellman returned to Coronation Street tonight - as fans work out what secret Summer is
Corrie fans have rumbled what Summer might be hiding during a cryptic scene this evening. Billy was worried about cooking a roast dinner for the group for New Year's Day, whilst Paul was sat enjoying the chaos that was ensuing in their house.
Whilst Billy was hoping Summer might get involved with the cooking and give him some assistance, she was busy on her phone and said she had something to sort, before rushing out the flat. It is clear she is hiding something but what could it be and does it pose any risks to her - or even her family - as fans shared their theories online.

ITV1)Taking to social media, one fan wrote: "Summer looking great, but off to meet another wrong'un no doubt #Corrie," whilst a second added: "Why’s Summer being a snotty b**** all of a sudden? #Corrie."
After all, Summer has mixed with her fair share of bad people, and last year, after she found herself pregnant, she was pulled into a tragic forced surrogacy storyline as she was targeted by a couple who couldn't have a baby.
Speaking about the reaction to the storyline at the time, she said: "She does have pure intentions, she does have good intentions. Hopefully that’ll read. But with those intentions she lands herself in some tricky situations so we’ll see how she navigates it ... It’s been a bit of a mixed reception. Some people can see why Summer chose to pursue the surrogacy and that her intentions are good – and feel quite sorry for her. However, others are like 'what is she doing?' It’s a difficult one!"
Harriet Bibby - who plays Summer - was also involved in the big storyline when her boyfriend Aaron raped her best friend Amy.
Speaking about how her character reacted to what happened, she added: "The betrayal is huge, there was no explicit break-up between Summer and Aaron, it was more a series of rows, but whether you were broken up for a night or longer, it seems it took him literally a couple of hours to go and sleep with her best friend. And as far as Summer’s aware, because she doesn't know the full story at that point, Amy's done the same thing. So it's like betrayal from both sides. If your boyfriend upsets you, you go to your best friend and tell them about it. And if your best friend upsets you, you’d probably go to your boyfriend. Summer feels like she's got nobody to turn to, because the two most important people in her life, bar Billy and family, have betrayed her."
