Who is I'm a Celebrity's Danny Jones' wife Georgia Jones?

Something is in the water of the I'm a Celebrity camp (and no its not contraband tea) as all the campmates are getting seriously mushy, talking about their romantic experiences. From Coleen Rooney sharing Wayne's petrol station proposal, to Maura dishing on a certain someone she misses ????, to GK Barry talking about keeping her relationship with girlfriend Ella Rutherford private, love is clearly on everyone's minds in camp.

And the latest celebrity to share his romance story is McFly's Danny Jones, who, in last night's episode (2nd December) shared how he met wife Georgia Jones.

So who is Georgia? And how did the couple meet? Here's your 101 on these two.

Georgia Jones, 37, is a former Miss England, who won the title in 2007. She's also a model and now a lifestyle influencer, working with brands such as Marks and Spencer, Fat Face and Belvoir Farm.

She currently co-hosts the podcast Mum's The World with Kelsey Parker.

The couple met in 2008 after Georgia's Miss England win and as mentioned by Danny on last night's episode of I'm a Celebrity, it took them a year to go on their first date.

Danny revealed he was initially attracted to Georgia because she was fellow Northerner, but said it took a while for her to agree to a date with him.

"It took me a year to get her because I invited her out for a roast. It was just like clubbing, we couldn't talk," he told his campmates. "I was like 'do you wanna go to the pub tomorrow?' and she was like 'Yeah;. I text her in the morning and she was like 'Sorry, I can't make it'.

"And then weeks went on and she didn't make it, couldn't make it, turning me down. And I gave up in the end. Then about eleven months later she text me saying 'Do you wanna go out for a drink or get breakfast?' and I was like 'Yes!' So I picked her up and took her to the waffle house in St. Albans. That was literally like twelve months later."

Prior to this Georgia has also shared how the couple met, and revealed during Joel Dommett and Hannah Cooper's podcast Never Have I Ever she was initially hesitant to go on the date with Danny, saying she thought: "He was a bit of a d*ck, and I didn’t really like him."

However, her mum eventually convinced her to go on the date a year later and they've been together ever since.

Since going on their first date in 2009 the couple have been together for 15 years later. Danny proposed to Georgia in 2013 while the couple were on holiday in Cyprus.

They got married a year later in 2014 in a ceremony in Georgia's hometown of Malton, North Yorkshire.

Yes! The couple have one son together Cooper, who is six years old.
