Dublin Zoo is celebrating mothers on March 10, by giving all mams free entry on Mother’s Day.
The offer includes one free adult ticket per booking when a single adult or child ticket is purchased online.
Mums-only discounts will also be available at the Meerkat Restaurant, Picnic Bench and Starbucks.
There’ll be plenty of themed keeper talks where families can learn about the mothers of Dublin Zoo and get the opportunity to see their kids.
“It’s a day which demands a show of appreciation for mothers,” a spokesperson for Dublin Zoo said.
“What better way to show that gratitude than with a quality family day out at Dublin Zoo to make lasting memories?
“On the day, mothers can indulge their sweet tooth with a mums-only discount for a tea/coffee and donut at the Meerkat Restaurant, Picnic Bench or Starbucks.

“Dublin Zoo will also host an array of themed keeper talks where families can learn about the mothers of Dublin Zoo and get the opportunity to see some of their offspring.
“Join us at Dublin Zoo for a day filled with love, laughter, and roars.”
Dublin Zoo is one of the top visitor attractions in the country, with over one million people visiting per year.
It welcomed a number of new arrivals last year, including a Southern white rhinoceros calf born on January 2, and a white-naped mangabey on September 26.
“Welcoming these endangered species is a success for Dublin Zoo’s breeding programmes and broader conservation efforts,” Dr Christoph Schwitzer, Director of Dublin Zoo, said.
