Enoch Burke Ordered To Pay Wilson's Hospital School's Costs

Mr. Burke was suspended and later dismissed from the Westmeath school.
Enoch Burke has been ordered to pay Wilson's Hospital School's costs following the loss of his dispute with the Westmeath facility.
The trial was in relation to the school's action against Mr. Burke, who was suspended in August for refusing to refer to a student by their preferred pronouns.
He was later dismissed in January for gross misconduct.
