Evan Ferguson is on Chelsea's radar, but the Ireland striker could command over €100 million, according to reports.
Ferguson, 19, is seen as one of the hottest young talents in Europe after bursting into Brighton's first team.
The Bettystown native has fired six top flight goals this season, including bagging a hat trick in the Seagulls’ 3-1 win over Newcastle.

While the goals have dried up for the striker in recent games - he has been goalless in his last nine appearances - he is still seen as a top prospect.
Now the Evening Standard are reporting that Chelsea are considering a move for the Irish youngster.
It is thought that Brighton would demand a fee of over €100 million to part ways with Ferguson, who recently signed a new long-term deal with the Seagulls.
Chelsea are still searching for a consistent goalscorer despite spending big money in recent transfer windows on Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku.
Ferguson has also become a regular at international level and has three goals to his name from ten appearances for the Boys in Green.
A €100 million fee would shatter the transfer record for a Republic of Ireland footballer, which is currently held by Nathan Collins after his £23 million move to Brentford from Wolves this summer.
