Hysterical GK Barry's meltdown in first trial on I'm A Celeb

I'm A Celeb got off to a flying start on Sunday night when we were introduced to the brave famous faces who are set to spend the coming weeks slumming it in the jungle. There was one celeb catching everyone's attention, and that was podcaster GK Barry.

The 25-year-old broke down in tears as the public voted for her to complete her first Bushtucker trial of the season. GK, whose real name is Grace Keeling, is set to complete the grueling task on tonight's episode, and we can definitely expect screams.

Grace, who is often vocal about her fear of insects (among other things), will have to crawl through a bug-infested tunnel during the Vile Volcano' Bushtucker trial tonight in a bid to win stars, which act as meal tickets for the camp.

The social media star gave us a taste of what's to come, while she was comforted by fellow Loose Women star Jane Moore upon hearing that she would be the one to complete the challenge. 'I'm going to die,' she told the journalist, adding: 'I don't even know why I'm crying.'

Tonight's episode will see Grace needing more comforting words, this time from longtime show hosts Ant and Dec. Upon entering the narrow tunnel, Grace tells herself: 'Everything is fine. Everything is completely fine. What is an Ant among friends.'

However, as she begins to feel red ants crawling all over her, and seeing several large spiders drop from the walls, she begins to panic. Iconic duo, Ant and Dec were on hand to talk her through the tough feat.

Viewers of the show found GK Barry's hysterics hilarious, taking to X to express their love for the star. GK Barry you WILL be crowned queen of the jungle,' one person wrote, while another said: 'I will not have any GK Barry slander on my timeline.'

Many fans of the show noted that, if past seasons of I'm A Celeb are anything to go off, her huge reaction will likely make her a target for the public to vote for every trial.

'That's GK Barry doing all the Trials this year,' another person wrote on X, while a fourth predicted: 'I can see GK Barry ruling herself out on medical grounds.'
