Ian Garry has edged closer to a UFC title shot after beating Michael Page at UFC 303 on Sunday morning.
The Dubliner now improves his professional MMA record to 15-0 and is on the cusp of a title shot after his latest victory.
Garry originally called for a fight at UFC 303 with the card originally headlined by Conor McGregor but with the former UFC champion out injury Garry was the only Irish interest.

And in a technical battle, Garry was crowned winner in a 29-28 unanimous decision win.
Speaking after the fight he said: "Nothing surprised me, i knew how good he was, how talented he was and how fast he was.
"He wants people to attack that lead leg with the calf so he can blitz through them. For me, it was patience. Patience was the key today.
"I'm working with one of the greatest grapplers the UFC has ever seen on the planet. Today was patience. He has a great game plan today. Tonight was an awesome fight but I just want everyone to know I'm coming for that world title.
"I don't care who's next or where it is, I'm going to be a world champion. The future is inevitable and I'm coming for that belt.
"We planned for everything. You have to come in here and plan for every single scenario. I knew best place to get out there and get a finish was the grappling. My grappling skills have developed so well.
