Ant and Dec announced the news after a whopping 10 million votes were cast to determine the winner.
It comes as Reverend Richard Coles left the jungle in third place.
Earlier, betting company Ladbrokes had revealed that although WAG Coleen was a brief favourite to win, she had been replaced by McFly star Danny.
The singer was at the top with odds 4/9, followed by Coleen with 9/4 and then Richard 12/1.
Oti Mabuse was sent packing from the I'm A Celebrity camp after not receiving enough votes on Saturday.

Tulisa Contostavlos has broken her silence after fleeing Australia and missing the I'm A Celebrity final.
The star, 36, took to instagram this morning after The Sun revealed she was back home in Manchester.
Tulisa pulled out of a scheduled appearance on a spin-off show Unpacked after her elimination from the jungle.
The star also deleted all images of her time on the show from her social media, sparking concerns amongst fans.
Tulisa has since cleared up the confusion and revealed the reason behind her decisions.
WAG Coleen Rooney is poised to sign a £1million TV deal after leaving the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
McFly pop star Danny Jones is also being courted by ITV bosses for big new shows, insiders have revealed.
But before the show, insiders said if Coleen lost out on being crowned Jungle Queen, she was still on course to become one of the show’s most successful celebs.
A source said: “She is poised to sign a huge new TV deal, worth around £1million.”
It came as her mum, Colette, revealed her daughter asked her, “Have I been boring?” as they hugged during a camp visit this week with the Wag’s sons, Kit, eight, and Cass, six.
The celebrities are no doubt eager to get into a hot shower and devour some of their favourite food.
They'll also live in the lap of luxury before flying home.

ITV bosses are keen to secure Danny, 38, long-term as one of its main players, alongside family favourites including Joel Dommett and Bradley Walsh.
The singer and guitarist had an emotional reunion with his wife Georgia and their six-year-old son Cooper as he crossed the famous jungle bridge last night.
He is already a judge on The Voice UK, alongside his bandmate Tom Fletcher, but insiders said telly bosses are keen to sign him up for more shows.
A source said: “Danny is the embodiment of everything ITV loves. He’s fun, family friendly and incredibly popular.
“Watching how popular he was on I’m A Celeb made him a key target for other shows they have coming up. Danny is a brilliant musician, but he is also great on TV."

Coleen said the 11 other campmates didn't compare much to living with five boys.

He candidly said: "I've had some of the hardest times I've ever had."
Ant and Dec have released them from camp as the final minutes of voting takes place.
