Ireland will kick off their Women's World Cup campaign against Australia this Thursday.
The Aussies are co-hosting the tournament with New Zealand in what promises to be the biggest edition yet. It is estimated that around 4,000 fans from Ireland are travelling to the tournament.
The event will mark the Girls in Green's first major tournament, which they qualified for after beating Scotland 1-0 at Hampden Park in Glasgow last October.

Kick-off timeThe Group B clash will kick off at 11am Irish time on Thursday, July 20. It has been moved to Stadium Australia in Sydney, which will be the venue of the final, and has a capacity of over 82,000.

However, O'Sullivan has been backed to recover in time for Thursday's game against Australia, with manager Vera Pauw saying she is optimistic.
“There are really good hopes and Denise herself says there are really good hopes," she said. "It is going according to what we hoped would happen.
“Denise is fit, she is extremely fit, that helps. From there, we see what step is next and what step is next, but it is about can she handle it? Then we build up to the match.”
