The Omagh native became well-known after appearing on the X Factor at just 16, and appeared on the popular RTE show on October 4 ahead of the release of her third album.

Tweeting ahead of the show, Janet said: "I hope you're tuning into the @RTELateLateShow tonight!! It’s the country music special and I’m on it. Absolutely over the moon and honoured to share a stage with the biggest names in Irish country music!!"

Patrick Kielty hosted the annual TV special, which sees country singers from all across Ireland come together to celebrate the genre of music they love so well.

On the show, Janet Devlin joined Garron Noone, Margo, and Mike Denver to play the game Wild West Roulette, where each musician was given an artist whose song they had to do their own rendition of. When it was her turn, Janet wowed the audience with her version of Austin by American county musician Dasha.

The Co Tyrone musician is making waves in the country-rock scene with her latest release, a single titled Red Flag. It comes ahead of the release of her third album, Emotional Rodeo, set for release on November 15.
