Irish Artist Jazzy Gets Engaged On Trip To Japan

Is that the sound of wedding bells in the new year already? It could be for Irish singer-songwriter Jazzy who has just announced her engagement.

The artist, whose real name is Yasmine Byrne, shared the happy news on Instagram sharing a sweet picture of her and her new fiancé.

'Been in a little bubble the last few days...' Jazzy wrote, revealing the question was actually popped on December 18. 'I said yes to my best friend.'

'The most amazing, charming, kind-hearted person,' she continued, 'the one who showed me real love I always have and will count my blessings everyday & i can’t wait to spend forever with you.'

The magical moment occurred while the two were away in Japan and were visiting Nara Park.

The Irish star's fans were delighted to hear her big news and jumped at the chance to wish her congratulations on the major relationship milestone.

Tracy Clifford and Rozanna Purcell were among the well-wishers in her comments and twin duo Jedward dubbed the engagement news 'Jepic!'

Producer Robbie G also took the time to wish the couple well, writing, 'Congratulations the two of you delighted for yous.'

Jem Cooke was nothing short of elated upon hearing the news, commenting, 'Wagggghhhh yaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!! Massive congrats beautiful ones!!!'
