The Sinn Féin leader says Simon Harris has questions to answer over his support for Senator John McGahon.
It’s after a photo was published in today’s Sunday Times of facial injuries sustained by Breen White following a row with Senator McGahon on Park Street in Dundalk in 2018.
The 33 year old, who is a Fine Gael candidate for Louth in the upcoming general election, was found not guilty of assault causing harm following a trial at Dundalk Circuit Criminal Court, but a High Court jury found him 65 per cent civilly liable.
