Jordan Spieth

Sadly, the Jordan Spieth Experience ended earlier than expected this PGA Tour season with the three-time major champ not advancing past the first round of the FedEx Cup Playoffs. A T-68 (out of 70) at the St. Jude Championship wrapped up a rough 2024 for Spieth, who revealed after that he plans to undergo wrist surgery in the offseason. But while the 31-year-old didn't have his best stuff on the course this season, he still gave golf fans plenty of memorable moments in typical roller-coaster fashion.

There was no 25-minute drop from a driving range or death-defying shot from a cliff, but we'll always remember that wild gutter ball off the clubhouse at the Valero Texas Open. You know, this one:

Coming off a birdie on TPC Southwind's 17th hole, Spieth promptley snapped his drive into a pond on 18. After dropping, he found the same pond and dropped again, but this time on the opposite side. Have a look at this insane-looking Shot Tracker:

But it gets even better. After finally finding the putting surface with his fifth shot, Spieth drained a 30-footer. For double bogey. And he walked it in to boot! Have a look:

There's never a dull moment with this showman. Get that wrist healed up soon, Jordan. We'll miss you out there.
