With over 280 million people subscribed to the service, it could be the biggest audience to ever watch a fight involving the Irishwoman.
And as reward, reports suggest the 2012 Olympic gold medallist could earn somewhere in the realm of €5.8 MILLION!
That was the figure reported by Boxing Kingdom on October 25, to which Serrano cheekily responded: "Mine is bigger lol"
The seven-weight world champion, whose rivalry with Taylor has been heated in the ring but respectful outside of it, followed by declaring that the duo were showing what women's boxing could achieve.
On November 10, she posted: "Just for the Record LADIES! Katie & I are making the Biggest purses in the Sports History for female Boxing.
"We made the 1st single Million dollar payday in our 1st fight on this one we both Shattered that!
"For the young ladies coming up Stay FOCUSED, conduct yourself RIGHT & fight HARD Those Numbers Can Happen for you also.
"Just know it takes marketing yourself outside aswell. In sponsors alone Millions are attainable also. Work Hard Stay Humble & Get Rich"
Fight week kicked off in earnest with an open work-out at the Toyota Music Factory in Irving Texas.
Afterwards, there was a brief press conference, during which Taylor was asked about the influence of her mother Bridget.
This is a dream - Katie Taylor left starstruck upon sharing press conference stage with Mike Tyson
Her mam has been by KT's side through thick and then - including an Olympic gold medal, beating Amanda Serrano in an all-time classic at MSG two years ago, and her epic series with Chantelle Cameron that ended with her as a two-weight undisputed champion.
When asked about her mam's influence during a fight week presser on Tuesday, the usually stoic KT became overcome by emotion.
“It's amazing. She’s the biggest support,” she said through tears before later adding: "I have to compose myself. I'm still a small bit emotional,”
Friday night's fight at AT&T Stadium live on Netflix will be a rematch of Taylor and Serrano's acclaimed bout at Madison Square Garden.
The Bray woman won their first bout in New York in April 2022 in an instant Fight of the Year.
Both boxers sat opposite one another on an episode of MVP Face-2-Face to hype the rematch, which will be on the undercard of Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson.
And Serrano claimed that, during negotiations for the fight, Taylor's management turned down the chance of fighting in 12, three-minute rounds.
The Puerto Rican has advocated for the extended format to became the norm for a while, while KT previously spoke of her own willingness.
She said: "Honestly, the first fight I wanted 12, three-minute rounds. I was very vocal about that.
"After that I fought the 12, three-minute rounds and I was scheduled for another 12, three-minute rounds.
"When Jordan Maldonado, who is my manager, did the negotiations in front of me on speaker, and he spoke to your team, it was adamant. It had to be 10x2."
Taylor insisted she had no idea what was discussed during the negotiations.
She responded: "I actually don't mind doing the 12, three-minute rounds myself.
"The three-minute rounds actually suit the boxer more than the fighter so I have no idea what went on during those negotiations.
"I just sign the contract when I see it but I think the 12, three-minute rounds would suit me better."
She can make it 2-0 with a win in the Lone Star State this weekend and, looking beyond that, KT revealed she would be in favour of a third clash.
The reason being that she would like to square off in 12, three-minute rounds and put the debate to bed.
She revealed: "If I won again, the only reason I would do the trilogy is because it is against Amanda Serrano in a 12, three-minute round fight.
"That would make it very, very interesting, and I would absolutely be up for that."
