Lisa McHugh makes statement in sparkles on Late Late

Motherhood certainly looks good on Lisa McHugh!

Just months after welcoming her second child to the world, the singer was back and better than ever as she appeared on the Late Late Show's country music special.

It wasn't just Lisa's talent that shone on Friday, as she brought a bit of sparkle to the RTÉ studio in a gorgeous RIXO mini dress.

Lisa wore RIXO's Samantha sequin mini dress, which she rented from Happy Days. The dress is a showstopper, embellished with green sequins and boasting a high neck with long balloon sleeves.

The mum-of-two could party with the best of 'em on Friday as she was joined by some well-known faces on the country music scene from the people's prince Daniel O'Donnell to former EastEnders actress Shona McGarty for a hooley in the RTÉ studio.

Afterwards, Lisa was greeted by her wee woman Hallie, who had stayed up late on her mum's big 'return to work' night.

Sharing snaps from the evening, the singer penned: 'First night back at work was a special one. [It's] always great to be on The Late Late Show, huge thanks to all the team for having "us".'

Lisa also shared that it wasn't all glam and that the 'juggle was real' by posting a video of herself giving Hallie a dressing room bath.
