Woods - who has been tipped to move to TNT Sports - will present her final morning show with co-host Ally McCoist on Wednesday, June 28.

An excerpt of a talkSPORT statement read: "Laura has hosted the flagship show for the past three years, entertaining millions of people up and down the country from 6am to 10am every Monday to Wednesday.

"Woodsy formed a brilliant double act with the legendary Ally McCoist, becoming a much-loved member of the talkSPORT family and establishing herself as one of the leading broadcasters in the industry.

"Her warmth, wit and detailed sporting knowledge were crucial to talkSPORT being crowned Best Speech Breakfast Show at the ARIAS in 2021 - the top honour in UK radio - and she has twice been named the SJA Sports Presenter of the Year.

"There have been plenty of laughter and light-hearted moments in her three years in the Sports Breakfast main chair, but Laura has also never been afraid to tackle the serious topics that truly matter."

Woods - who began her broadcast career with Sky Sports in 2009 - penned an emotional goodbye to her loyal listeners.

It's claimed TNT - who were previously BT Sports - want the veteran broadcaster to head up their Premier League and Champions League coverage.

Woods will also reportedly be in line to present TNT's wide array of other sports.

Talks between both parties are said to have gone well, with TNT reportedly confident of securing her services.
