Key information for fans attending the game.

Leeds United have been provided with the following information by Sunderland AFC, ahead of the Sky Bet Championship clash on Friday night.

The Whites head to the Stadium of Light for the 8pm kick-off and fans attending the game are asked to familiarise themselves with the key supporter information, below.

The game has been declared as an ‘enhanced search’ fixture.

That means a number of extra security checks will be in place, with the following items NOT allowed to enter the away section.

Power Banks

Sunderland AFC have confirmed that the items above are restricted to avoid anything being thrown into the home section below.

The Whites have been given a full allocation of 2,092 tickets for the clash.

Cashless Stadium

The Stadium of Light is a cashless stadium and only take card payments in the kiosks. All coins collected in the aforementioned searches will be sent to Leeds United to donate to a charity of the club’s choice.

Beacon of Light Fanzone

Leeds United fans are welcome in the Beacon of Light Fanzone before the game as well. This area will be open from 5:30pm. More information can be found HERE.

Pubs in the City Centre & Near the Ground

All pubs and restaurants in our city centre are away fan friendly, including Port of Call, Fire Station & The Peacock. Pubs nearer to the stadium include the Colliery Tavern and the Hilton Hotel.

City Centre Parking

St Mary’s car park in the city centre is a five minute walk to the Stadium of Light. Postcode is SR1 3AH. More information can be found HERE.

Disabled Bay Parking – Green Car Park

We have 6 bays reserved in our green car park for fans requiring an accessible bay outside the stadium. Supporters are asked to contact [email protected] to book this.

Black Cats Bar Entrance – Lift Access

There are a lot of stairs on entering the stadium to the away end. Fans unable to access the ground this way are asked to go to the Black Cat Bar entrance, to use the lift to level 3 to enter the stadium.
