In the January match against Leicester, Leinster led 15-10 at halftime and pulled away in second half to win 27-10.
Leinster, the No. 2 seed, now enters the knockout stage with a 11-0-2 record in URC play, leading the table with 54 points.
Leicester Tigers, the No. 15 seed, is 8-0-8 in th Gallagher Premiership. They reached the Round of 16 after wins over Stade Francais Paris and the DHL Stormers in England.
