Clare and Limerick clash in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship final for a third successive year this afternoon in what should be another cracking game of hurling.

The Treatymen won the past two deciders against the Banner County and are aiming to lift the Mick Mackey Cup for the sixth year in a row. Clare have previously won a total of six Munster titles, with the last of those successes coming in 1998.

Limerick ran out winners by 3-15 to 1-18 when the sides met during the round robin stage of this year's Championship, with John Kiely's men coming from nine points down to triumph at Cusack Park.
