Dublin transport services suspended this morning

Dublin Bus, Go-Ahead and Luas services are not expected to operate before 9am.

Commuters in Dublin are advised to take extreme care on the roads this morning.

It's due to a RED wind warning for the city, which has been extended until 9am, and has impacted public transport.

Dublin City Council's Crisis Management Team will reconvene this morning after meeting last night.

It's asking pedestrians, cyclists, motorists and public transport users to assess the risk of travel.
 
Dublin City Council will have crews on standby to assess any damage caused as a result of the storm and carry out repairs.

Schools and pre-schools in red and orange alert counties have been asked to remain closed until 10am.
