Martin Odegaard spoke so well to the Arsenal fans from the pitch a few minutes ago, saying: "We have changed the club. I think you all believe in us now. We are hungry for more." The fans responded with a huge applause.

Luton needed a miracle to stay up today and didn't come close to it. Their defeat to Fulham consigns them to an immediate return to the Championship where they will join Burnley and Sheffield United who both never had a chance of survival.
Nottingham Forest and Everton ultimately stay up comfortably despite points deductions while Bournemouth nearly crack the top half.

So, while the dust is settling, let's take a look at the final table.
No changes to the table to the top nine in the last round of fixtures, but Crystal Palace have broken into the top nine at the eleventh hour thanks to an emphatic 5-0 win against Aston Villa.
Tottenham will play Europa League football next season, as will Chelsea if Manchester City beat Man United in next Saturday's FA Cup final.
Newcastle will play in the Europa Conference League if City win that match, while Erik ten Hag's side need to lift the trophy to secure European football.

Two more goals for Phil Foden today to confirm Man City's title win.
Nineteen goals for the season is comfortably the best of his Premier League career — six of which were outside the box, more than any other player.

It's a seventh-place finish for Newcastle after a suitably chaotic final day at Brentford.
They haven't been in the market for making life easy for themselves this season – that poor away form, all the injuries, their struggle to control matches – but in the circumstances that's a decent return.
European football looked a long way in the distance when they lost to Manchester City in the FA Cup in March, but it's been an impressive response since then. The Europa Conference League is still not guaranteed; they need City to beat their local rivals in the FA Cup final next weekend, which means that an epic season must stretch on for a little while longer.
They end it sitting above Manchester United for the first time in the Premier League.

Manchester City fans have been reacting to their latest title win in The Athletic's discussion tab at the top of the page and clickable here.
Claywritesdaily says: Champions. Drink it in, Blues. These are heady times and they don’t last forever. We may never see this again. What a club. ????????????????
Brian D adds: 3 points. Job done. Dominate and triumph. One final won. One more to go.
While Michael G simply posts: PHEW!!!

Phil Foden was asked how he and his team-mates looked so calm in a situation that would have been a nervy affair for every other club.
He said: “All the lads have played in important games over the years. We've been in this scenario a couple of times, it helps with the nerves. We looked confident today and we just played our football. In the end, it paid off.”
Then, Foden discussed his match-winning goals.
“It was almost the perfect start. Sometimes I believe you can score a bit too early so I had to stay switched on and luckily I got the second. That settled us a little bit and the sniper (nickname) is going to stay forever now!”

The Arsenal players have remained on the pitch, standing at the centre circle to receive praise from their fans. None of them are smiling though. Despite winning today, they know how close they came to a first league title in 20 years.

It will take some time to clear these fans off the pitch in order to hold the trophy lift.
The man of the season, Phil Foden, was the man of the moment again today. He told Sky Sports:
“It's so hard to put into words what we have done today. We've put ourselves in the history books, no team has ever done it.
“You can see what it means to the fans and what it means to us. We've worked all year for this moment and it's such a special feeling to share it with the fans.”
