Under-21s to play friendly against Chester

Manchester United's Under-21s are set to play Chester FC as part of their pre-season preparations.
Operating in the sixth tier of English football, Chester are sure to give our Under-21s valuable experience against a senior side ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
Having already announced a summer clash against Altrincham, the young Reds now have two confirmed pre-season matches to play before the start of the new term.
As we prepare for next season, the match against Chester will serve to benefit our players ahead of potential loan moves or playing in Premier League 2 again.
The United Academy is dedicated to providing players with experience which helps them grow, and this pre-season friendly is the latest part of that process.
