Megan Fox Is Expecting Her First Child With Machine Gun Kelly

Megan Fox and fiancé Machine Gun Kelly have fully reconciled and are entering the next chapter of their relationship: parenthood. Fox is pregnant with her and Kelly’s first child together. The actress shared the news by posting a photo of herself naked and covered in black liquid on Instagram. The second slide of her post included a positive pregnancy test. She wrote, “Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back ????????❤️”

Fox has three children with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green: Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8. Kelly has one daughter: 15-year-old Casie.

Fox and Kelly’s four-year romance has had its ups and downs. In May 2024, Entertainment Tonight reported they were working on their relationship after Fox revealed in March that they had previously called off their engagement.

The source explained, “They are continuing to go to therapy, be fully transparent with each other about their feelings, and have consistent communication. They have dealt with some trust issues, but are both making a continual effort to stay committed to their mutual end goal of being together forever. They are also respecting each other’s space when needed, which is key for them during this time.”

This is a rainbow baby for the couple, as Fox also suffered a miscarriage with Kelly. She told WWD last November that the “experience was so much harder than I would’ve anticipated it being, and I’ve really analyzed ‘why was that? Why was that so difficult for me?’ Because when I was younger, I had an ectopic pregnancy, I’ve had other things that I’m not going to say because God forbid the world will be in an uproar. But I’ve been through other similar issues, but not with someone who I was so in love with.”

“And so that love element really made this miscarriage really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and a lot of suffering,” she continued. “So I put it into a lot of writing. He’s written about them in his albums as well, he wrote a couple of songs about the miscarriage. So it just felt like something that I could address publicly because it’s been addressed in one way through him, so I have a space to express as well.”

Fox and Kelly have made no secret about how transformative their love story has been.

Kelly revealed on Bunnie XO’s Dumb Blonde podcast that Fox helped him become fully sober. “That woman struck a bullseye,” he said. “When I felt that sense light up, everything else went away, and I learned what it was to accept living. It gave purpose to everything I was confused as to why I was here for. I’m forever grateful to God and indebted to the destiny lines that wove me and her together... When I saw her eyes for the first time, it was like I had a telescope to every secret in the universe. I think what followed that really proved what moving with love does.”
