At San Siro for the resumption of the league, at home to return to the victory that has been missing in Serie A since the end of February. AC Milan v Lecce, Week 31, is to be played at 18:00 CEST, an important match not to be missed. We present it to you in detail:

LATEST FROM MILANELLO
The many physical and mental energies spent in the Champions League could still give a boost to the Rossoneri, who are in a good mood and supported by their people. The home stadium as always will be the extra man in an excellent moment, but the team must remember the particular moment - not negative but certainly to be improved - in the league. The negative news are Giroud's absence (calf tendon problem) and Calabria's suspension. Ibrahimović is available again, and some rotation in the eleven is expected, with Rebić the strong candidate for the forward role. Cautioned: Kalulu, Kjær, Tomori, Pobega, Rebić.

"We have the chance to finish the league well" the words of Coach Pioli in the press conference on the eve of the match, "our position in the standings is not where we want to finish, but the team is doing well, and the group is united. Starting well is very important, we need energy, enthusiasm and confidence. We have a lot at stake, but so does Lecce. We face a very direct team, which is dangerous away from home".

LATEST FROM LECCE
Lecce is going through a period of crisis: before last weekend's 1-1 draw against Sampdoria (the bottom of the league table), they had lost six games in a row. The Giallorossi, also thanks to Hellas Verona's surprising resurgence, are in the middle of the salvation battle (currently 2 points ahead) and will be looking for precious points. But they are without Colombo, stopped by the flu. In the first leg, the Salentini stopped the Diavolo, Baroni will be relying on his trusted men: Falcone in goal, Baschirotto to lead the backline, captain Hjulmand to move the midfield and Strefezza-Ceesay-Di Francesco in attack. Cautioned: Banda, Gendrey, Strefezza.

"Of course, playing at San Siro is difficult. We will need a strong-willed match to give our best, we must be ready to take what AC Milan give us. Sacrifice and dedication," said Baroni, "only in this way can we do well".
