That kickstarts a run of six games in four weeks in the perfect manner. They go to Hull on Wednesday night and they'll fancy their chances of building on this performance.

That'll do nicely. Leeds into the top half with a great performance. They didn't have it all their own way but I can't say the scoreline flatters them. Their attacking talent was the difference.

The Welshman drove the ball towards the edge of the box before slipping Rutter through. Rutter returned it to James, whose scuffed shot was turned home at the back post by Piroe.

There was no one there, though. The ball flashes across the face of goal and out for a throw in. Gnonto's cut a frustrated figure at times today. Hasn't impressed like his attacking teammates.

Bradshaw gets in behind Struijk and hits it but Meslier holds his ground to beat the effort away.

Some of their attacking football has been out of this world. They've sliced Millwall open on two or three occasions with swift and decisive counter attacking play. Rutter has been great on the half turn, Piroe's got the goal and Summerville's had his moments too.

I think Leeds have been strong at the back. There's been some hairy moments but they've shown character and nous to ride out the Millwall pressure and maintain their clean sheet. Rodon has been great, as has Meslier.

Leeds haven't had it all their own way but they've weathered the Millwall storm and they lead at the break.

He's done superbly under pressure so far today and he's just parried away Longman's tricky effort from the edge of the area.

Millwall have been by far the better team up to now, but they are behind. Leeds are doing what good sides do in this league, get ahead when they're not playing well.

Millwall have been intense with their press and Leeds too error-prone with the ball in their own third. They took the goal very well though. A surgical counter and that has settled the visitors, who are looking more threatening more consistently.
