Mrs Hinch broke her Instagram silence as she revealed she was 'broken' following the death of her beloved father. The cleaning guru, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, said "not much makes sense" after Alan passed away "suddenly" but "peacefully" on April 25.
Sophie shared the tragic news with her followers back in May, posting an emotional tribute to her "precious" dad. The mum-of-two has steered clear of social media since, but returned on Sunday to thank fans for the "overwhelming" support.
Sharing a picture of herself with sons Ronnie and Lennie, the influencer wrote: "Grief is a pain I can't think of the words to fully explain. If it's something you've never experienced before, all I will say, is that it takes your legs from underneath you."

She continued: "I'd be lying if I said I was okay... in fact, I feel broken. I feel an extreme mix of emotions and not too much makes sense to me right now. It's like I've entered this new part of my world, where only grief sits, and it feels heavy; something I can't describe unless you've been there."
She continued: "For now, I'm really trying to navigate this new life without one of the people I love most; one of my biggest support systems. I feel; like my dad taught me everything I needed to know, except how to live without him.
"I wanted to come on here and say thank you so much for all the overwhelming amount of love and support. I may not be able to get back to you all right now, but I see you and I'm so grateful.
"Thank you for being patient with me while I try to find my feet again alongside my family, who I am so incredibly proud of and who I love with my whole heart."
Within an hour of posting, Sophie received thousands of supportive comments. One said: "I read somewhere that grief is like walking around with a rock in your pocket. It's always there, it never goes, it doesn't ever get smaller but you learn to become a little more comfortable in time with its presence. Thinking of you Sophie."
Another said: "Beautiful words, I lost my dad yesterday really unexpected and sudden. Nothing makes sense anymore and it just feels unfair. Sending you and your family lots of love."
