If you are someone who works on their feet all day, it is important that you have footwear that doesn't leave you with aches and pains. Professions such as teachers and nurses have been singing the praises for a pair of New Balance trainers, with more than 70 people giving them an overall rating of 4.9 out of five stars.
The New Balance 327 trainers are now on sale, originally £110 but down to £55, proving so popular that the white colour is nearly out of stock in all sizes. Thankfully, the blue shade is still in stock for £55 in sizes three to 7.5, described as going 'nicely with nursing scrubs' as they 'add a little pop of colour to daily attire'.
As well as looking stylish with a retro-style navy suede design, shoppers have said the trainers feel so comfortable. One person wrote: "These are the BEST shoe! I’m on my feet all day and still feel like I’m walking on clouds. Def will be purchasing more!" Another highlighted how they don't need to be broken in, sharing: "I'm a teacher so I'm on my feet all day and these are so comfortable. I have three pairs now. Love them. Comfy all day straight out of the box."

Saving you £55, the 327 trainers could also be styled with casual outfits, ticking the '70s trend and 'Dad' trainers off in one. Someone explained: "I just got a pair of New Balance 327s, and I’m obsessed. They’re the perfect mix of cute and comfy, which is exactly what I was looking for. The retro vibe makes them super stylish without being over the top, and they’re so easy to pair with just about anything. Plus, they’re ridiculously comfortable—I can wear them all day and not feel like I need to rip them off as soon as I get home. If you want a sneaker that’s effortless and actually works for being out and about, these are it."
Sharing that they 'get compliments every time they are worn', another customer commented: "I love, love, love these shoes!! Not only are they nice looking but, they are so super comfortable especially when standing on your feet for 10-12 hours a day. I get so many compliments on them as well."
Not everyone finds them comfortable with someone writing: "I bought them because I thought they look really cute. They are cute in person as well. They are cuter than they are comfortable, they are about a 3 out of 5 for comfort. The back is a bit higher than I prefer and digs me a little. The cushioning is also a 3 out of 5."
A second disgruntled shopper gave them just one star, saying: "They are like canvas shoes, which wasn’t what I was looking forward to based on the photos of the shoes. The quality is definitely not worth the price. Size down by 0.5!!! Runs larger than the actual size." That wasn't the case for this customer who wrote: "Love the design, walked 24k steps and was grateful for the cushioning and comfort!"
Skechers are another trainer brand favoured by those who are looking for comfortable footwear. The Skechers Women's Summits Artistry Chic Sneaker are on sale at Amazon for £36.90 down from £59, racking up more than 23,000 five star reviews. Heavenly Feet are another option to consider - the Evangeline shoe was £39.95 but is now £19.95. Shoppers say the shoes are 'amazing quality' with 'prompt delivery'.
