Pink 'Gets the Party Started' in Dublin as she delivers spectacular ...

21 Jun 2024

As many as 70,000 fans rocked out to Pink tonight as the American singer lit up Dublin’s Aviva Stadium.

The star has landed in Dublin with her Summer Carnival tour, her eighth tour so far. She will also play the Aviva Stadium on Friday night to another sell out crowd.

Pink, born Alecia Moore, arrived on stage just before 9pm on Thursday night to thousands of roaring fans.

She opened up the show with a number of her classic hits including Get The Party Started, Raise Your Glass, Just Like A Pill and Who Knew while bungee jumping upside down on wires and emerging from giant lips on the stage.

The star didn’t disappoint fans as she made a swinging entrance into the stadium – she really knows how to put on a show.

She showcased her infectious energy with aerial performances floating over the crowds and several costume changes, very similar to when she rocked out the RDS in 2019.

And while her energy is unfailing throughout her set, she manages to interact with some of her adoring Irish fans in the crowds.

She even brings her 12-year-old daughter Willow Sage Hart on stage to perform Cover Me In Sunshine.

“This song came to me like a warm hug,” she admits of the lockdown-produced track.
