Christmas has officially arrived. Not even close to being ready? The December holiday arrived earlier than usual this year, and if you're like most holiday shoppers, then you've probably still got last-minute errands to complete like hitting the grocery store, finishing up your gift buying, and wrapping the last of the presents.

If mailing off your final batch of holiday cards or packages is also on your Christmas to-do list, then you may be wondering if the post office is open on Christmas Eve in 2024. Unlike last year, when Dec. 24 landed on a Sunday, this year, the unofficial holiday falls on a Tuesday, which makes fitting in those final details — like going to the post office — just a tiny bit easier to manage.

Or, perhaps you're waiting on a package or something important to arrive in the mail, which means that in addition to the USPS Christmas Eve hours, you may be curious if there will be mail delivery on Dec. 24. Fortunately, we've got all the answers on USPS hours, mail delivery, collection times, as well as UPS, FedEx and DHL hours to make sure you've got everything you need to help make this Christmas as merry and bright as possible.
