No injuries reported after structure fires, power outage in Junction City
JUNCTION CITY, Kan. (WIBW) - No injuries were reported after multiple structure fire and a power outage in Junction City, Kan.
Junction City Fire Department shared on their social media on Friday, April 5 that two large storage buildings and one trailer house were fully involved with flames with limited water supply.
Officials indicated there were multiple explosions due to LP gas containers.
Additionally, some of Junction City lost power for a time due to a transmission line that ran through the scene.
Junction City Fire Department said no injuries were reported.
They extended a special thank you to Fort Riley Fire, Geary County Fire, Grandview Plaza Fire and Junction City Public Works for their assistance in this incident.
