Rangers International Coaches Convention Returns

BUILDING on the overwhelming success of the inaugural event in 2024, Rangers International Soccer Academy is excited to announce the return of the Rangers International Coaches Convention from Thursday 3rd to Sunday 6th April, 2025.

In 2024, over 50 coaches from across the globe converged in Glasgow to experience unprecedented access to one of Europe’s top academies, gaining valuable insight into the elite football curriculum that has produced generations of talent at Rangers.

The 2025 edition promises to build on that momentum, offering behind the scenes access to the innovative methodologies and coaching strategies that are key to the club’s continued success.

The convention will feature:

Exclusive live access to Rangers Boys and Girls Academy Training Sessions, across all age groups.

Panel Discussions with key Professional Academy & Football Department staff, covering a range of critical topics in modern coaching, recruitment, analysis, and performance.

Attend Rangers vs Hibernian at Ibrox & a post-split Women’s First Team Fixture.

Networking opportunities with coaches from around the world, sharing experiences and exchanging knowledge to elevate the global coaching community

Speaking about the upcoming convention, Head of Soccer Academies & International Relations, Gary Gibson said: "Following the success of the online coaches convention in 2021, we were thrilled to bring the first-ever in-person coaches convention to Rangers Football Club in 2024.

"As we continue to drive our international programme forward, coach education remains a vital pillar within our strategy. This has allowed us to expand into 15 different countries, with 5,000 coaches now benefitting from our online academy.

"This year, we're building on that momentum. The 2025 Coaches Convention offers an unparalleled opportunity for coaches from across the world to attend an exclusive event at Rangers Football Club.

"They will gain insights from key staff working across all age groups, spectate Academy Training Sessions, engage in panel discussions, and connect with a global network of coaches. We are confident this will be another world-class event, and we look forward to welcoming everyone to Ibrox.”
