Sarah Lavin will tonight aim to make a World final as she competes in the 100-metre Hurdles in Budapest.
Lavin has been in fine form this year but will need an improvement in her heat performance is she is to make the final.
Clocking an impressive 12.69 in her heat, Lavin was only .02 off her personal best.

And the semi-final takes place tonight at 7.40 pm Irish time. Those looking to watch the event can tune into Virgin Media Two or the Virgin Media Player.
Rhasidat Adeleke will compete later in her 400-metre final as she continues her sharp rise in the Athletics world.
Adeleke will be in action at 8.35 pm and, again, can be viewed on Virgin Media.
