Scotland take on South Africa this evening in their opening pool game of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
The Scots come into this one in arguably the best shape they ever have entering a tournament. They will have to make do without their talisman Stuart Hogg, who announced his retirement from rugby shortly before the World Cup.
Their task today is a mammoth one as they take on the mighty South Africa. Victorious in Japan four years ago, the Springboks are heavily fancied to go deep in this tournament once again.
As both sides are in the same pool as Ireland, Irish eyes will undoubtedly be fixed upon this game.
Here's what you need to know about the game:

What time is the match kicking-off at?The game will begin at 4.45pm.
Is the game on TV?Virgin Media will be showing live coverage of the game, as will ITV 1.
