ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – A Rochester man arrested during a sex trafficking sting in April was deported from the country by Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) before he faced charges in court.

Hilario Zenil, 49, of Rochester, was one of seven arrested and was charged with a felony count of prostitution for agreeing to hire someone believed to be under 18 but at least 16 years old.

Zenil was supposed to appear in court Friday, June 14 but failed to appear due to his deportation.

After confirming with ICE, Olmsted County is now seeking a nationwide warrant for Zenil.
