Mayor, 34, updated her followers as shared a snap of a scanned photo with a card reading "congratulations it's a ... boy."
Jockey Mayor, who is an ITV and Sky Sports racing presenter whose promising career was derailed by injury, wrote: "I'm not a fan of surprises but this one is defo growing on me (literally)" - with a blue heart and a boy prince emoji.
Leonna later revealed today she was in France to watch rugby star boyfriend Stuart Hogg, 32, start for Montpellier against Toulouse.
Posting a video to her Instagram stories to her 37.6k followers from inside an empty Montpellier's GGL stadium at around 12pm, she wrote: "Won't be long till this is full to the rafters".
Hogg, who returned to rugby after retirement, started at fullback as the home team lost 20-11.
The former Scotland captain picked up a yellow card during the 77th minute.
Hogg had stunned fans by quitting rugby last year— claiming he wanted to spend more time with his family.
He had also cited his retirement was down physical issues, saying: “my body has not been able to do the things I wanted and needed it to do.”
But he returned to competition this month after his shock and immediate retirement during the lead-up to the Rugby World Cup 2023 in France.
After 17 months of issues outside the field, including being arrested for alleged stalking and domestic abuse charges, Hogg signed for Montpellier on a two-year contract this July.

The Scottish Sun exclusively revealed how Hogg "flaunted" glamorous Leonna just days after his wife Gillian had given birth to their fourth child.
The former Scotland captain's romance with TV star Leonna, 32, was confirmed in a snap shared on Instagram last November.
She posted a picture saying "the least Mondayest Monday ever" along with a loved-up emoji and the song 'Better Together' playing over it.
The presenter's pregnancy news comes a week after Hogg made a series of appearances at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
The rugby ace appeared in court accused of causing fear to a second alleged stalking victim with "alarming and distressing" messages.
The ex-Scotland captain faced charges of allegedly targeting Jill O'Donnell.
He was also accused of a domestic abuse charge against his estranged wife.
Hogg returned a day later to the same court flanked by his mum to address a civil action raised by Gillian, 37.
He had been due to stand trial earlier this month over the claims involving GIllian.
But the case was put back to November after three new charges were added — including the allegation of causing fear to Jill O'Donnell.
The charge claims that Hogg’s conduct caused “fear or alarm” to Jill O’Donnell on April 1, 2023, and August 23 this year.
It alleges he phoned her "at antisocial hours", sent "messages of an alarming and distressing nature" and contacted her despite being asked not to.
The dad of four, from Hawick, Roxburghshire, also faced claims of a fresh bail breach last month.
Hogg denies all charges including abusing and stalking Gillian over seven years.
