Fans need to follow these rules today

To be in with a chance of getting tickets to see Taylor Swift fans had to follow a number of rules, and will need to keep them in mind during the presale today, Mirror UK reports.

If you didn't participate in the Midnights pre-order before 12pm on Thursday October 27, 2022 then you won't have qualified for special presale access. It only applies to those who bought the album between August 29 and October 27, 2022.

If you did, and haven't received your email yet with your unique access code, double check your spam folder first and then if not contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

If you know someone who did preorder the album but isn't going to the tour, for whatever reason, then you could ask them if they could give only you their code.

Next, the email address you received your unique pre-sale access code to MUST be linked to your Ticketmaster account. Check you have an active account linked because if not, you will need to create one or risk losing out.

Codes may only be used to purchase up to four tickets per customer. This means that if you're successful using your code once for tickets, you then can't use it again to try and get tickets to another show.

How to improve your chances of getting a ticket

Make sure your Ticketmaster account is updated with the exact email address the access code was sent to, and updated with the correct payment information as this will speed up the checkout process.

Check that you know your login details. Log in early before the sale starts

It's not recommended to use multiple devices or browser tabs. During the US presale, Ticketmaster only allowed one device and one open page per account. Any extras may result in errors, which you definitely don't want.

Don't refresh your browser as you may lose your place in the queue.
