Extra.ie contacted Ticketmaster for comment with a spokesman saying that the site was 'running smoothly' despite 'massive demand'.

According to reports, around 500,000 fans registered to take part in Ticketmaster Ireland's sale, meaning over 300,000 Swifties are set to be left heartbroken.

55,000 concertgoers can fit in the Aviva, with stars such as Harry Styles, Westlife and Rihanna playing the stadium in the past.

Taylor last played Ireland back in 2018, when she brought her Reputation tour to Croke Park for two dates. Only one of the two shows sold out.
