Taylor Swift fans across Ireland hoping to go to the Eras Tour are preparing for a stressful day tomorrow as they try to buy tickets.
The US superstar recently announced the European and UK leg of the tour, which includes three dates in Dublin’s Aviva Stadium on June 28, 29 and 30 next year.
The Eras Tour has been selling out massive stadiums across the US since March of this year, with huge demand for tickets. Described by Taylor as a journey through all of her "musical eras”, it is a tribute to the albums she has released throughout her 17-year career.
Lasting almost three-and-a-half hours, the concert covers all styles of music from her 10 studio albums - ranging from country and pop to folk and alternative rock. It has been receiving rave reviews from both critics and fans and will finally make its way to Ireland next summer.

Are there any Ticketmaster tips to better my chances? With tickets expected to be like gold dust, one insider has shared their top tips to better your chances of securing one.
Instagram account Dublin Concerts and Tickets, which boasts almost 70,000 followers and offers exclusive concert news, shared their top tips.
They said: ”The code for the show is automatically connected to your Ticketmaster account, if you haven’t been selected for a code you won’t be able to join the waiting room.
“You can only get a maximum of four tickets. You can get different tickets for the different shows but only four maximum (Example 2 standing for Friday. 1 seat for Saturday. 1 seat for Sunday.)
“Open your mobile browser for Ticketmaster, or Ticketmaster website on your computer browser. Please do not use the app!
“Make sure you are logged in to your account, if you are not logged in you won’t be able to access the waiting room or queue and this will slow you down.
“Do not use multiple devices on the same Ticketmaster account, it will place all your devices in the same place in the queue and too many devices will make you look like a bot and kick you out of the queue.
“When you join the queue and get through to selecting tickets, don’t panic!
“I also suggest not selecting best available, it never gives you best available. It normally gives you random seats that normally aren’t that good. Search the area you want and then search and see if you get your tickets.
“It’s also a good idea to check your Ticketmaster account is up to date. Have the current card you’re going to use saved as well as the correct billing address.
“If you search and there are no tickets available, keep searching for a little while, people with tickets in their basket might release them and they will become available again!
“Also just a bit of advice on your computer: I do also suggest if it’s a laptop or computer, closing all the apps and tabs and keeping it plugged in, as it will run faster.
“Also make sure your browser is up to date. You can also clear your cache. If you don’t know how to do this Google it or find a video on YouTube.
“Finally, good luck getting tickets!”
I was put on the waitlist - will I get to buy tickets?Anyone who pre registered for tickets and wasn’t selected initially, was put on a waitlist and might receive an invitation if more tickets become available.
According to ticketmaster.ie: “Ticket Sales Registration is being used to help fans get tickets for Taylor Swift The Eras Tour in Ireland. This helps us to filter out buyers looking to resell tickets, and instead get them into the hands of fans who want to attend the show.
“Registration does not guarantee access to the sale, or to tickets. We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available.
“A limited number of fans will get access to the sale, and others will be put on the waitlist. Getting access to the sale doesn’t guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
“If you aren’t initially selected, you’ll be placed on the waitlist and may receive an invitation if any further tickets become available.”
If you move off the waiting list, you will receive an email containing your access code details and where to access the relevant on-sale. Your notification may come at any time after ticket sales begin.
When notified, your email will include a link to the on-sale and your unique access code.
