MUSIC fans have been sent an urgent warning to download a new app - or risk losing their concert access.
Ticketmaster have urged concertgoers to download their new app before upcoming events.

Bosses said all those attending gigs and shows will need the new app to access their tickets.
There are three easy ways to download the app straight to your phone.
For those who receive Ticketmaster update emails, simply click "Get the App" in the recent email.
Or, you can go to the app store on your phone and search for "Ticketmaster".
From there, install the app on your phone and it will be ready to use in seconds.
Alternatively, those who already have the current Ticketmaster app should receive a pop up notification.
They can then click on the announcement and it will lead them to the new download.
From there, use your existing sign in details to gain access to the app, where any tickets you have bought will be waiting for you.
Ticketmaster warned punters that they must download the app before the next show they attend.

They said: "Please note: Please download the new app before any upcoming events, as signal quality may vary at the venue.
"Your tickets will remain safe and secure after downloading the new app."
The app is free and has a range of handy uses, and will be necessary for future concert access.
The Ticketmaster app allows users to discover upcoming events, buy tickets to them, and favourite artists to keep an eye on their tour dates.
It also lets you transfer your tickets to family and friends, or sell your tickets to fellow fans if you can't attend.
