While Aoife also commented saying: "Great show."

This comes after Superintendent Garda Liam Geraghty said the show wouldn't put people off applying to be a guard.

Speaking with the Irish Mirror he explained: "The first series of Inside the K didn’t scare people off. We had lots of people applying to join the guards in the two competitions subsequent to the first series.

“What we would be saying is this is a reality of what life as a police officer is like.

"It’s fairly intense because it’s a short series of instances happening in the space of three episodes.

"It’s not as intense as that 24/7 365 days a year but every guard gets involved in instances like this.

“People need to be aware of that before they join because there is no point coming in and joining us just to drinking coffee and eating doughnuts when the reality is that there is this other side to the job and that is the reason we’re there is to deal with these instances in the case where other people can walk away, we can walk towards and deal with these instances.”
