People heading home from their Christmas gatherings should use extreme caution on the roadways because ponding and flash flooding are possible.

More than 10 million Americans are under a flood watch across Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The Heartland is digging out from a massive storm that dumped more than 1 foot of snow in parts of South Dakota and Colorado.

The highest snow total so far is 16.5 inches near Chadron, Nebraska.
